Our Story

There are some relationships that are born from love so deep, they continue even after physical separation. This is one of those stories… where love continues to grow despite her passing.

This space is created in loving memory of Saisha - my daughter.

Saisha was home !

For 15 years, she was my only constant .Her absence has left behind an emptiness that has reshaped my world and changed me forever.

I miss the way we could talk about everything. She was the best travel buddy; we had the best compatibility. We both loved the beach. We holidayed at a place we both loved  - for 13 days straight, just the two of us. She loved swimming and was a national-level swimmer. It was one of our favourite things to do together. On our drives, we would play music at full volume - sometimes her playlist, sometimes mine - both of us always jamming along. The roles had reversed in this mother-daughter duo… my sweet cravings were always taken care of by her. She was such a wonderful baker. She loved hugging - it was her love language. I miss those cuddles, the warmth that came with them. We shared some clothes, and sometimes she would even do my makeup.

She carried a rare balance - childlike enough to make a home feel alive and joyful, yet mature enough to walk alongside me in my spiritual journey. Together, we explored teachings like the Bhagavad Gita, trying to understand life beyond what we see.

Losing her has been beyond anything I knew how to face. And yet, somewhere within this pain, I knew I have to rise - to gather everything she taught me, everything I have learned through my spiritual path and find a way to continue.

This space is a small step in that direction.

Through The Kitchen of Saisha , I carry forward her love for cooking and nurturing.

Through Doc Saisha Scholarship, I hope to support and encourage dreams, just like hers.
Through Paw-Son on Duty, I  extend compassion and care for all beings.
And through Blogs on Grief , I hope that anyone walking through loss may find a little comfort .

There is no goodbye here.
Only gratitude.
Thank you, my baby… for choosing me, for teaching me, for loving me the way you did.
I hold you close in every act of giving.
Until we meet again.

“There will always be two ways to look at it: just fifteen years or fifteen whole years. On most days, I choose the latter.”

“Amid the cries within me at her prayer meet, a voice rose stronger—this cannot be the end of her story. Through Partners in Compassion, that voice found its shape.”

Our souls are connected beyond physical space. We’ll be together again, in time, in our permanent home. And once again I’ll say, “I’m home, Saisha.”
